Dr Melissa Freiderich
Melissa is the inventor of both CodeBe and CodeNu. She previously worked in a USA national security complex and is the Chief Science Officer of Color Tech Holdings.
Tom Callaghan
Tom leads the company strategy and operations. He is experienced in complex project delivery and is formerly of the KPMG Global Strategy Group.

Ben is the CEO & President of Color Tech Holdings. At the intersection of corporate innovation, academia, and government — helping turn complex, high-potential technology into world class products and a scalable global business.

Strategic & Technical Advisors

Chris Dorn
Chris is a Technical & Strategic advisor to Color Tech Holdings. He is one of the world’s leading experts on beryllium, its applications and safe handling. He is Chair of the Beryllium Health and Safety Committee and has spent more than three decades working across beryllium, fusion energy, advanced materials, commercial strategy and operational safety. Chris is an MIT graduate, is formerly a Managing Director at Materion Corporation, a US Marine Corps veteran and holds a range of international advisory roles.
Brad Goble
Brad is a Technical & Strategic Advisor to Color Tech Holdings and is a leading authority within the global health security community. He is Chatham House Fellow, and has served as an advisor to the World Health Organization (WHO), the G7 Global Health Security Action Group (GHSAG) and a range of international organizations within the CBRN community. He is the CEO of Goble Consulting and is also a former officer in the Canadian Armed Forces.
